New EDL book out now

VHC Publishing is a new company founded in 2008, following the publication of it’s first title ‘Hardcore’, and it is in our remit to provide a showcase for new writers. VHC recently added a further title, Clipped by Maxine White and Michael Lutwyche, to its catalogue.  Both of these books are available from this site, or from a growing number of long established bookshops.

UAF cheered wildly as the EDL seemingly retreated. Anti-fascists started chanting “No Pasaran!” They had defeated the Nazis! They were jubilant, celebrating victory and started singing “We shall not be moved!”
However, their joy proved somewhat premature, chants of “Muslim bombers off our streets!” could suddenly be heard getting gradually louder. The EDL in the square had merely gone to meet a snaking mass of their comrades who, with a police escort, slowly making their way there. They had been led slowly through the streets of Bolton towards the protest site, a line of stewards and riot police checking their advance.
The column stalled briefly before being allowed to enter the square and the chant of “E, E, EDL!” filled the air. Finally released by police, the EDL roared like a triumphant army as they entered the arena. The anti-fascists were dumbstruck, as an immense, noisy, flag waving, swarming mass of patriots flooded towards them.
These were the forgotten people, the sons and daughters of old England, here to reclaim their birthright. A mass of coloured flags filled the square, as it was reclaimed in the name of the English people. Here were the descendants of people who built the modern world, their battle flag rich with exotic names from far flung shores. Now more familiar sounding names were being added, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, London and now Bolton. There were well over 1500 of them, all chanting in unison and drowning out the chants of the anti-fascists. It was pure, crude and brutal Anglo-Saxon defiance. They had a simple message for their opponents, two fingers. We will not submit.
The entrance alone was a victory in itself, the surprise of anti-fascists was palpable. They had severely misjudged the EDL’s level of support. As they confronted the anti-fascists the EDL mocked them with chants of “who are ya, who are ya?” Bolton’s war memorial stood proudly between the two groups, bearing the legend ‘Tell ye your children’.
The English Defence League burst onto the streets of Britain in the summer of 2009, following the open abuse of British troops by Muslim extremists in Luton.
This formidable urban force formed quickly, a loose coalition of aggrieved, patriotic and overwhelmingly working class people. Rising on a reflex of inherent Anglo-Saxon anger and led by football hooligans, the group took to the streets to oppose the radicals.
Following initial protests of varying success, the EDL faced the full onslaught of the establishment via the media and law enforcement agencies. The group has been given various labels by the mainstream media and opponents alike, racist, fascist, and neo-Nazi. One thing all commentators agree on, the EDL has become the largest, and most effective organised street army in the UK.
Author ‘Billy Blake’ has followed the group and charted their progress.
This is the story of the first two years of the English resistance.

Police 'hid' abuse of 60 girls by Asian takeaway workers linked to murder of 14-year-old

Last updated at 11:12 PM on 7th April 2011

At least 60 schoolgirls were groomed for sex by workers at seedy takeaways linked to the murder of a 14-year-old girl.
Children as young as 11 were targeted by mainly Asian staff at fast food outlets in Blackpool. They were offered food, alcohol and cigarettes in return for sexual favours.
An unpublicised police report produced after 14-year-old Charlene Downes vanished in 2003 found the girls, most if not all white, had been victims of the ‘honey pot’ premises. There were claims last night that the report was suppressed for reasons of political correctness.

Four years later another girl, 15-year-old Paige Chivers, also went missing. Detectives believe she was killed like Charlene, whose body has never been found.
Two Middle Eastern restaurant owners were acquitted over Charlene’s murder in 2007 and the crime remains unsolved.
The pair still run a kebab shop in Blackpool which was also linked to Paige, and she too was identified as a victim of sexual exploitation. Last year police reported that the takeaway was attracting young girls who were being supplied with alcohol and cocaine.

The revelations about the scale of grooming centred around the downmarket cafes comes amid growing concern at disturbing cases involving mainly Asian gangs exploiting young white girls for sex in the Midlands and North of England.

The girls, often from vulnerable homes or in the care system, were befriended by men who showered them with gifts and affection before using them for sex.
Former Home Secretary Jack Straw has said the girls were seen as ‘easy meat’, while David Cameron called on police to follow criminal acts ‘without fear or favour’ wherever the evidence leads.
The Home Office commissioned a nationwide investigation into the problem, which has long been considered taboo by police officers fearful of being branded racist.
Challenging the taboo
Indeed, a former senior detective at Lancashire Police yesterday blamed political correctness for its failure to highlight its 2003 findings in Blackpool.
But the force denied this, saying the report had been available online since 2007 but had never been intended for publication.
Senior officers insisted an intensive programme to break the cycle of exploitation had been a success and that in the last six months 50 of 54 grooming suspects were white.
Shocking claims made in court over Charlene’s murder revealed fears that her body had been put through a mincing machine, with takeaway staff said to have joked that her remains had ‘gone into the kebabs’.
A jury failed to reach a verdict on charges that Jordanian immigrant Iyad Albattikhi had murdered her while his Iranian landlord Mohammed Reveshi had disposed of her body.
A retrial collapsed in 2008 amid failings in the police investigation and the men were paid almost £250,000 each in compensation.
The kebab shop run by Mr Albattikhi and Mr Reveshi has changed its name from Funny Boyz to Mr Beanz. It was refused a hot food licence  last year amid fears about ‘sexual activity’ linked to the premises, but the pair blame a ‘police vendetta’ and have appealed.
Following Charlene’s disappearance in 2003, police found more than 60 girls were being groomed for sex by non-white men centred around 11 Blackpool takeaways.
They were mainly aged between 13 and 15, but some were as young as 11. Yesterday former Detective Superintendent Mick Gradwell warned that research into the problem was being hampered by ‘political correctness and concerns about upsetting community cohesion’.
But Lancashire police denied a cover-up. Assistant Chief Constable Andy Rhodes said his officers were making significant progress in tackling child sex exploitation across Lancashire, regardless of the background of the culprits.
He added: ‘We recognise that in some areas the number of Asian offenders is disproportionate to the population and far from ignoring this, have been tackling the issue head on by working with the local communities, giving presentations to community forums and visiting mosques to raise awareness.’
It was reported yesterday that while most British sex offenders are lone white men, details of court cases in 13 towns showed that out of 56 men convicted of multiple offences of grooming girls for sex, 50 were Muslim, mostly of Pakistani heritage.

Tower Hamlets demo still ongoing despite massive attempts to scupper it

A statement has been released tonight from EDL leadership and the bottom line is that the police have caved in to the RMT Unions threats to close Liverpool Street station and now the EDL have to meet at Euston to be transported to Tower Hamlets. The same amount of EDL are still going and they will demo in East London regardless of whether they have to walk, bus it or get taxis.
If the EDL only called this demo for two reasons 1. To prove that the Government and police would DENY them their right to protest and 2. That the UAF would provoke the local Muslims to riot then it looks like they have succeeded. Police will probably deny the EDL any travel on Saturday, leading to flash demos all over the country and the police have admitted that they know that certain Muslims and UAF are planning a riot, but instead of arresting them beforehand, they concentrate on stopping the demo. Turning the EDL away wont stop the trouble, the UAF have had a free hand to lie and wind up the locals for weeks now. Even if EDL cancelled now the UAF inspired riot will happen. Just like the Notting Hill Carnival, police know its gonna happen but dare not address it due to political correctness.
Well done EDL for showing the worlds media how bad this country has become.
